Docker is out of date

Issue Description

Hey!

I noticed that the Docker hub is no longer up to date. Despite changes made on Friday 8 May, the ‘latest’ image is still dated 5 May 2026.

Is this a CI issue?

The last Docker image is v0.16.4, there were no new releases since then.
