It would be a great and practical addition to allow sharing a personal mailbox via ACLs similar to how Exchange and comparable solutions handle mailbox delegation. This would let one user grant another access to their inbox, sent items, and other folders directly, without having to fall back on a group mailbox or shared credentials.
This is already supported, you just need a client that supports the JMAP Mail Sharing or IMAP ACL extensions.
