Support WebDAV Push Notifications

Hi,

the DAVx⁵ folks have a proposed draft specification for WebDAV push notifications: GitHub - bitfireAT/webdav-push: WebDAV Push: Draft · GitHub

It would be great if Stalwart could add support for this draft, as it would allow us to instantly receive CardDAV and CalDAV updates.

KDE Plasma has also started working on adding support for WebDAV push: This Quarter in KDE Digital Sovereignty: Q2 2026 - KDE Blogs
