Add more structured tags when submitting community posts

Hello,

I would like to suggest an improvement for the Stalwart community forum: adding more structured tags or required metadata when creating a new post.

As Stalwart grows and covers many different components, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly understand which version, deployment type, or subsystem a post is related to. More specific tags would make it easier for both users and maintainers to search, filter, and understand issues or discussions.

For example, it would be useful to have tags or fields such as:

  • Stalwart version:
    • 0.15.x
    • 0.16.x
  • Deployment type:
    • docker
    • reverse-proxy
  • Component or protocol:
    • jmap
    • imap
    • smtp
    • pop3
    • sieve
    • postgresql
    • foundationdb
    • rocksdb

This would help users provide better context from the beginning and would also make the forum more useful as a searchable knowledge base.
