In the WebUI, group membership is only configured at the user level. This makes it painful as you have to iterate over all the user you want to add in the group. Same if you want to delete a group (which can’t be done if there’s at least one member in it)
- You first have to go to in Directory → Groups → Members to get the list of users
- Then for each user, you must edit the entry to remove it from the group
It’d be really more convenient to be able to view/change group membership at the group level in the WebUI
BTW, the doc states that a group can contain other group as member. But I find no way to do so, as editing a group shows no field for configuring membership
