First of all, thank you for the amazing work on Stalwart!
I would like to propose a feature idea regarding Multi-S3 Storage Support for blob file management. Having the ability to configure and utilize multiple S3 buckets would be a game-changer for several use cases:

Multi-tenancy & Isolation: Splitting storage based on specific users, domains, or tenants for better data management and compliance.

Content Distribution & Redundancy: Distributing blob files across different storage locations.

Auto-Rollover / Failover: Seamlessly switching to a new bucket once the current one reaches its capacity or becomes unavailable.
A small suggestion for implementation: To make it easier, this doesn’t need to be fully optimized from day one. You could start with a basic, straightforward implementation in the beginning and then gradually optimize and refine it across future versions.
On a side note: If you guys can pull this off right in the v1.0 release, it would be absolutely phenomenal! Do that, and even giants like Google Workspace or Outlook won’t have anything on Stalwart anymore (just kidding, but seriously, it would be awesome)
