I donated every month to Stalwart, and therefore I had an enterprise key. Somehow the monty donation halted, hot to get it running again so I can have my key back?
This is a billing/subscription issue rather than a technical one, so it isn’t something the docs or forum bot can resolve directly. Enterprise license keys are tied to your subscription on the licensing portal at license.stalw.art, so restoring your donation/subscription there should let your existing API key resume automatic renewals, or you can generate a fresh license key once payment is active again.
To fix it: log in to https://license.stalw.art with the account tied to your subscription, update or resume your payment method, and then either wait for automatic renewal (if you configured an apiKey on the Enterprise settings) or copy the new licenseKey into your server’s Enterprise settings and reload the configuration via the CLI. ok, payment was still valid. Latest bill says paid until Aug. however my stalwart has no enterprice functions enabled. I re-entered the licens, and the auto -renewal api key - still nothing. has anything been change? user mail [email protected]
ok, restarted server, now works. However it is kind of scary. I changed to visa card payment from GitHub, but anyhow the amount was not due. so why was it cut off?
