Paid with Github but didnt get my key

Issue Description

Hello, I currently have a big issue. When I logged in my stalwart server it says that I have to renew my key. That happens every month. So I went to the license website and tried to get the new key. But the website said that I didnt pay the fee but I did. I even got a receipt and notification from Github. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

Expected Behavior

Normally the payment is processed by github and then I can just get my key from the website.

Actual Behavior

But when I go to the website I only get this issue: Not yet due

Reproduction Steps

I honestly dont know how to reproduce that because I dont know the background process.

I fixed it. For everyone who is here for the same issue. Just follow this steps. As a little disclaimer. It doesnt necessary work for everyone.

  1. Go to this site and login: Login - Stalwart Labs
  2. Go in to your subscription
  3. Press on manage and copy your API Key
  4. Go in to your mail dashboard https://yourstalwartserver.tld/settings/enterprise/edit
  5. Fill the API key slot and leave the License Key slot empty.
  6. Restart your stalwart server.

Issue fixed.
