So I installed my trial on Stalwart like a month ago, and then… for reasons had to redo the whole stack, and eventually got around to it to finalize this week, yeah AI is helpfull to make things go longer than anticipated
So it was “simpler” for me to just pay the next year’s license as I couldn’t star a trial a fresh, but then after I’ve paid, I realized I paid for the wrong domain… what is the process to request/change the domain name for licensing purposes?

Licensing and billing changes – including correcting a domain on a paid license – are account/billing operations that aren’t handled through the server itself or documented in the technical docs.
The docs don’t cover a self-service domain change process – this requires direct action by Stalwart Labs through their licensing portal. Here’s what you should do:
Visit the Stalwart Labs Licensing Portal at license.stalw.art and log in with the account you used to purchase the license. From your subscription details page you should be able to find contact/support options, or reach out to Stalwart Labs directly to request the domain correction on your license.
Since a license is tied to a specific domain name, this isn’t something that can be changed from within the server itself – it requires the license to be reissued for the correct domain by Stalwart Labs. A staff member here on the forum should be able to assist or point you to the right contact channel.
