For system management, pseudo accounts are needed (i.e. Nextcloud/index.php/settings/admin). I can create a mailing list, but not as a “log-in-enabled” account that then directs mails accordingly. Or. Or I didn’t find it?
Comparison Postfix, the user set-up/login was separate from “virtual”, where the mail was delivered to. I did not yet find out, how to set up “[email protected]” to deliver not into that fixed mail account but instead into the existing mailing list “[email protected]” or even better a “[email protected]” (catchall on sys). So sys-admins are not simply getting their mails assigned, but must actively create a mailbox “just in case” there will be some mail delivered by system response. Clogging up the mail client, adding a large fault carpet a mail admin could simplify.
I understand it’s pre-launch, not yet stalw.art 1.0, but that is what Feature Ideas IMHO is for. So I hope there’ll be a solution idea for that.
