Managing many users and systems, especially on the system accounts it is difficult (and requires an added spreadsheet mapping table workaround) to keep track on why some e-Mail accounts are set up. i.e. Nextcloud requires a log-in, can use a catchmail for actual messages, but I must set up an account in stalw.art to send mails.
So I abuse the “Full Name”, but an added “Remarks” would be helpful here. I also have users having separate accounts (for organisational reason). Same issue. Without a simple remark (now kept in external spreadsheet, how stupid) hard to keep track or recall three weeks/months/years later.
