Same wrong password again and again should not block IP

When a mail client tries the same wrong password again and again, the IP should not get blocked.

Currently one broken client in a LAN (all share the same public IP) will block all users.

Perhaps this could be an option, but i think this should block the IP.

You are able to edit or completely disable this behaviour if it does not work for your environment.

I think that it can be implemented to block combination of user name and IP address. If there will be more than 5 blocked combinations for IP address, this IP address can be blocked completely.
