Setting to not prefix Calendars and Contacts with "stalwart" as it uses more space

Your question

all my calendars and contact-lists are prefixed with “stalwart” which takes quite some space. I’d prefer just call it “Calendar” without the prefix. is this anyhow possible?
it would be good to have it be the standard / being abel to pass it as an .env varibale or something to make it the standard.

stalwartlabs/stalwart:v0.16 (docker compose)

That’s configurable. The “stalwart” text is the default display name for the auto-created calendar and address book, and it’s a setting: defaultDisplayName on the Calendar object (and the equivalent on the AddressBook object), which defaults to “Stalwart Calendar”. Set them to Calendar and Contacts under Settings and newly created calendars/address books will use those names.

Existing calendars keep their own stored name, so rename those individually in the web UI or from your CalDAV/CardDAV client. Note the created name also appends the account name in parentheses, which is expected. See: Calendar | Stalwart.
