Upgrading docs (v0_16.md) for docker deployment when no stalwart-cli available

Issue Description

In the upgrading documentation, stalwart/UPGRADING/v0_16.md at main · stalwartlabs/stalwart · GitHub , in Option B: Docker deployments, Step 5 says to run stalwart-cli to apply the snapshot. However, for the cases when one does not have stalwart-cli on the host machine, I think it would be nice to mention in the docs that stalwart-cli can be run from containers as well (GitHub - stalwartlabs/cli: Stalwart Command Line Interface · GitHub) and to suggest the dockerized commands, e.g.

docker run --rm -i --network="host" -e STALWART_URL="http://127.0.0.1:8080" -e STALWART_USER="admin" -e STALWART_PASSWORD="someTemporaryPassword" ghcr.io/stalwartlabs/cli apply --stdin < /path/to/export.json

instead of, or in addition to,

export STALWART_URL=http://127.0.0.1:8080
export STALWART_USER=admin
export STALWART_PASSWORD=someTemporaryPassword
stalwart-cli apply --file /path/to/export.json

Agreed, Option B goes straight to stalwart-cli apply without saying where the CLI comes from, and it isn’t in the server image. I’ll add it to the guide. The CLI image is documented at Overview | Stalwart under Docker, and your --stdin form works as written.

--network=host only does what you want on Linux. On Docker Desktop use STALWART_URL=http://host.docker.internal:8080, or on any platform join the recovery container’s network:

docker run --rm -i --network container:stalwart-recovery \
  -e STALWART_URL=http://127.0.0.1:8080 -e STALWART_USER -e STALWART_PASSWORD \
  ghcr.io/stalwartlabs/cli apply --stdin < export.json
